Our Secret to 5 star Reviews

One thing we never took into consideration when starting the business would be the amount of reviews we would receive.

1 year and 9 months later with over 40, 5 star reviews we never would have expected to have had such amazing feedback on our photo booth hires.

What took us by surprise was not just the quality of the reviews but the amount of them.

If you are guilty like us you probably buy and pay for lots of products and services online then get asked if you could leave a review, and while most of the time you would have lots of great things to say you also never get round to actually doing it.

How many of us download an app and use it almost daily only to swat for the “later” or “not now” option when the app asks if we can rate it out of 5?

*hands up* we are guilty as charged.

Most of the time reviews get used for complaints and negative feedback about back experiences but knock on wood, we haven’t had such an experience so far, in fact we have had the complete opposite.

To our surprise we received countless reviews praising the service provided, the personal experience and mentioning how the service stood out from other suppliers they had worked with.

What is our secret?

Honestly, it’s honesty.

While it seems simple it is also true.

We did not set out with a master plan to get all of these wonderful reviews.

Instead we set out with a master plan to provide the absolute best experience for these amazing people and in doing so we would treat everyone with the same level of honesty and respect that we would expect in return.

It really is the best part about our job, having that email or call come through and knowing that we did absolutely everything we could to make this persons day the best it could be.

It’s not just something we can do, it’s something you can do too.

No matter how big or how small, helping others never cost you a penny as they say and it is amazing how satisfying it can be to make someone else’s day that little bit better.

Life is too short to not savor and make the most of those opportunities and we can not thank you all enough, all of you amazing people who took the time and effort to leave your review so that others can also experience what we do best, you are all truly the best.
